* Analyze, advise on, and handle the Company’s legal matters, ensuring legal support to internal departments, risk mitigation, and compliance with applicable legislation through technical interpretation of laws, protection of institutional interests, and alignment with corporate strategies.
**Responsibilities:**
* Represent the Company in court hearings, oral arguments, and other judicial proceedings as required by internal demands and guidelines.
* Analyze and monitor complex judicial proceedings, ensuring timely compliance with deadlines, proper procedural progress, and identification of relevant legal issues.
* Monitor procedural updates, assess the need for legal actions, and liaise with internal departments, partner law firms, and other stakeholders.
* Draft procedural documents, including research of applicable legislation and case law, ensuring sound technical grounding, clarity, and adherence to established standards.
* Review and guide the drafting of documents prepared by the team, promoting technical quality, consistency of arguments, and standardization of legal submissions.
* Prepare and analyze procedural reports, controls, and calculations, consolidating information to support the Company’s strategic decision-making.
* Issue and verify judicial fee payment slips, forwarding them to the finance department for payment, thereby ensuring compliance with legal and procedural obligations.
* Represent the Company in judicial proceedings, filing pleadings and performing other necessary procedural acts to defend its interests.
* Monitor the settlement and control of procedural fees and expenses, ensuring payment regularity and proper organization of supporting documentation.
* Communicate with parties and their legal representatives, conduct negotiations, and draft settlement agreements, seeking consensus-based solutions aligned with the Company’s interests.
* Track legal market trends, legislative updates, and best practices through studies, professional communities, and networking, proposing internal improvements and optimizations.
* Provide legal support to managers and employees, ensuring clarity and transparency when sharing non-confidential information.
* Safeguard confidentiality of information and ensure compliance with corporate policies on ethics, governance, and data protection.
**Requirements:*** **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Law.
* **Preferred:** Postgraduate degree in Civil Procedure, Labor Law, or Corporate Law.
* **Certifications/Courses:** Class B Driver’s License – Active OAB registration (Willingness to travel)
* **Prior Experience:** Judicial proceedings, judicial enforcement, administrative legal proceedings.
