Job Summary: Minerva Foods is seeking a professional to assist in butcher operations, including customer service, meat preparation, cleaning, and organization, ensuring product quality. Responsibilities and Duties * Customer service: assist with customer service, weighing, and packaging of meats. * Meat preparation: help with cutting, cleaning, deboning, and portioning of meats. * Cleaning: clean and organize workbenches, utensils, and cold rooms. * Restocking and storage: organize products in display cases and cold rooms, following preservation standards. * Quality control: verify expiration dates and storage conditions. * Weighing and labeling: weigh meats and apply labels containing price and expiration information. * Support for the butcher: prepare the work environment and necessary materials for cutting and handling. Requirements and Qualifications * Reside in Barretos \- SP; * Experience in this role is preferred; * Completed high school education.
