




Description: * Bachelor's degree in Food Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, Biology, Nutrition, or related fields. * Previous experience in Research and Development, preferably in the food industry or protein industry. * Knowledge in product development, physicochemical and microbiological analyses, industrial processes, and sanitary regulations. * Project management methodologies and continuous improvement tools (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) knowledge is desirable. * Intermediate to advanced English will be considered a plus. * Teamwork skills, analytical thinking, creativity, and results orientation. * Develop and implement new products, processes, and solutions according to the company's strategic planning. * Conduct laboratory tests, sensory analyses, and physicochemical evaluations to validate new products or processes. * Participate in continuous improvement projects for existing products and processes, aiming at cost reduction, quality enhancement, or introduction of innovations. * Prepare technical specifications, development reports, and mandatory documentation for new products. * Monitor industrial trials and provide support to the production team during the implementation of new products/processes. * Perform benchmarking, market trend research, and identification of innovation opportunities in the food/protein market. * Interact with multidisciplinary teams (quality, production, sales, marketing, suppliers, among others). * Ensure compliance with quality, food safety, regulatory, and sustainability standards. 2511210202471881745
