Job Summary: This operational professional supports the Construction Foreman in implementing the construction plan, coordinating teams, ensuring service quality, and compliance with safety regulations. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and inspect quality **Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with a 1-hour lunch break. **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Support the Construction Foreman in implementing the construction plan; * Organize and supervise the team's daily operational tasks; * Assign tasks and coordinate workers, including masons, carpenters, electricians, and plumbers; * Ensure material supply at work fronts, communicating\-with the Construction Foreman to forecast requirements and prevent interruptions; * Ensure workers' compliance with safety regulations; * Inspect the quality of completed services and report any issues or necessary adjustments to the Construction Foreman; * Adjust the operational schedule as needed, under the Construction Foreman's guidance, to maintain construction progress; * Record daily construction activities and update the Construction Foreman on task progress, difficulties encountered, and team needs. **Requirements:** Desired Experience: 5 years Education: Completed High School **Benefits:** No benefits reported
