With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed to customers worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead SAP and legacy systems projects and maintenance, ensuring performance and availability; * Possess technical knowledge of SAP solutions at programming, architecture, and functionality levels; * Coordinate implementation, evolution, and support of SAP modules for business areas, such as: Procurement/Supply (MM), Sales (SD), Finance (FI/CO), People & Management (HCM/SuccessFactors), and Master Data Management (Customer/Supplier/Materials); Minimum experience required in at least two SAP implementations; * Ensure governance of change processes, incidents, and improvements across SAP and other legacy systems; * Coordinate multidisciplinary teams (analysts, consultants, and partners), promoting collaboration, development, and performance; Experience using professional development tools such as feedback and PDIs (Personal Development Plans); * Monitor the progress of tickets (incidents & improvements) opened by business areas with the SAP Systems team, ensuring compliance with internal SLAs and technical quality in service delivery. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Technology, Engineering, or related fields; * Preferred: MBA in Project Management and/or Technology Management; * Technical knowledge of SAP solutions, including ECC and S/4HANA versions, at programming, architecture, and functionality levels; * Technical/functional knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, SD/MM): Ability to translate business requirements into technical specifications (ABAP) and understand database structures/tables; * Integration: Knowledge of SAP integrations (interfaces) and use of CDS Views in S/4HANA; * Familiarity with SAP implementation methodologies: ASAP and ACTIVATE; * Intermediate-level (analysis and diagnostic level) knowledge of SAP Basis administration; * English – Advanced level; * Spanish – Intermediate level.
