With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products marketed worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Handle functional incidents and improvements in SAP, covering the company’s business areas; * Support the development of technical and functional enhancements for SAP modules MM/SD/PM, contributing content and insights aligned with SAP best practices; * Perform configurations and parameterizations of SAP MM/SD/PM modules to drive continuous improvement in business-area processes; * Support business areas in gathering technical requirements and designing test scenarios; * Provide support for internal and external service tickets related to MM/SD/PM modules, including interaction with consulting firms; * Deliver continuous technical support to resolve issues and ensure efficient operation of SAP environments within the company; * Track and manage consulting hours for project-related activities involving MM/SD/PM modules. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Education: Completed or ongoing postgraduate specialization or MBA in Technology-related fields; * Languages: English and Spanish — Intermediate level; * General understanding of administrative, financial, and corporate processes; * Advanced technical knowledge of key configuration transactions in MM/SD/PM modules; * General understanding of SAP functional modules, especially operational transactions in MM/SD/PM modules; * General understanding of supply chain processes—procurement (MM), logistics (SD), and maintenance (PM).
