Job Summary: The professional will provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), managing HR-related requests, monitoring tickets, and proposing improvements. With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products distributed worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide functional support for SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), handling requests related to onboarding, benefits, compensation, and employee master data management; * Manage and monitor tickets (incidents and enhancements), ensuring SLA compliance and delivery quality; * Serve as the single point of contact between business areas (HR) and external consulting firms, ensuring accurate understanding and execution of requests; * Support functional requirements gathering and definition of system solutions aligned with business needs; * Propose continuous improvements to HR processes supported by SAP EC; * Assist in organizing and prioritizing requests with business areas; * Ensure functional documentation of implemented processes and solutions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree; * Currently pursuing a specialization or MBA in Technology-related fields; * 3–4 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC), in functional/technical roles; * Experience in HR processes, including **onboarding, benefits, payroll, and compensation;** * Proactive attitude, ownership mindset, and problem-solving focus; * Analytical profile with strong organizational and prioritization skills; * Excellent communication and interpersonal relationship skills; * Knowledge of other SuccessFactors modules.
