Minerva Foods is the leading beef exporter in South America and also operates in the processed foods segment, marketing its products to over 100 countries. In addition to Brazil, Minerva Foods operates in Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and owns specialized sheep-processing plants in Australia. With our 46 industrial units, we offer healthy and nutritious products distributed worldwide through our 23 distribution centers and 17 international offices. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Managing third-party purchase invoices; * Issuing payment invoices and creating orders; * Sending invoices to third parties; * Submitting third-party purchase invoices for payment; * Updating accounts payable; * Analyzing current accounts payable versus prior month; * Validating data for invoice posting to accounting; * Requesting supplier registration; * Liaising with finance to approve customers; * Generating reports, updating spreadsheet data, and performing analyses—including reports on: GGF, GGO, Energy Costs, Discounts and Customer Returns, Capex, Depreciation, FIDC, Forfaiting, Raw Materials, Chemicals, etc.; * Updating and analyzing warehouse inventory; * Supporting departments such as PCP, Sales, and Operations; * Validating raw material (RM) and finished product (FP) inbound and outbound movements; * Preparing/analyzing financial statements; * Reimbursing managers and directors when necessary; * Performing other duties inherent to the position; **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Business Administration, Accounting, Economics, or related fields; * Advanced Excel proficiency; * Strong analytical ability and critical thinking skills; * Organizational skills and attention to detail; * Effective communication skills; * Interpersonal relationship skills (cross-departmental interface); * Adaptability to change; * Commitment to meeting deadlines. **Additional Information** Ingredients Division As the leader in beef exports across South America, Minerva Foods is more than a global company—we are a community of professionals united by the purpose of “building connections among people, food, and nature.” We operate in over 100 countries and maintain facilities in Brazil, Paraguay, Argentina, Uruguay, Colombia, and specialized sheep-processing plants in Australia and Chile.
