If this resonates with you, **\#JoinReis!** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead budget monitoring meetings for revenue with business managers; * Define, jointly with legal managers, monthly strategies to maximize revenue opportunities; * Monitor production targets and results, ensuring data accuracy and clarity; * Develop indicators, analyses, and management reports to support decision-making and improve performance; * Update and monitor weekly revenue forecasts; * Collaborate with the Contracts team to identify opportunities and define optimal billing strategies; * Support business units in breaking down and understanding financial targets; * Clarify questions regarding revenue-related contractual rules and ensure compliance with agreed terms. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Academic Background:** * Business Administration; * Production Engineering; **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree or MBA in Management, Controllership, Production Engineering, or related fields; * Prior experience in performance analysis, target tracking, or financial indicators; * Experience with revenue contractual rules or financial analysis; * Experience in law firms will be considered an advantage. **Technical Skills:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency; * Knowledge of BI tools (Power BI or similar); * Analytical ability to design indicators, analyses, and forecasts; * Ability to read and interpret contracts and rules; **Behavioral Competencies:** * Consultative, results-oriented profile; * Organized, detail-oriented; * Strong communication skills and ability to lead meetings; * Proactive in identifying opportunities and proposing improvements; * Sense of urgency and ability to manage multiple demands. **Additional Information** Must reside in cities near the office.
