The Junior EAD Analyst will be responsible for planning, organizing, and monitoring academic activities, student engagement, and the continuous improvement of EAD processes.

Responsibilities and Duties
The **Junior EAD Analyst** will plan, organize, and monitor academic activities related to undergraduate EAD courses. Responsibilities include developing and implementing student engagement strategies, supporting the mediation team, tracking performance indicators, conducting training sessions, and providing internal departmental support via helpdesk tickets. This role directly supports the student journey—contributing to orientation, onboarding, and retention—and ensures the quality of deliverables from the mediation team, process alignment, and continuous improvement of EAD academic routines. The analyst collaborates with mediators, faculty members, and internal departments, assisting in process execution and cross-team communication. Additionally, the analyst supports management in implementing best practices and suggesting operational improvements for the EAD environment.
* Plan and organize the action schedule for the mediation team across undergraduate EAD courses.
* Develop and implement communication workflows and student engagement strategies.
* Provide support via helpdesk tickets to internal departments of the institution.
* Monitor mediator performance indicators and adherence to scheduled activities.
* Conduct training sessions and alignment meetings for mediators and faculty members.
* Support new student onboarding and orientation initiatives, including participation in LIVE welcome events.
* Provide ongoing support to mediators, clarifying questions regarding academic processes and routines.
* Contribute to the continuous improvement of EAD processes by proposing workflow adjustments, best practices, and optimizations.
* Perform other tasks assigned by management, ensuring alignment with academic and institutional objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Completed Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Economics, Accounting, Engineering, or related fields.
* Postgraduate degree/MBA in Finance, Controllership, or Management.
* Advanced proficiency in Excel/Sheets, Power BI, and financial modeling.
* Strategic mindset, strong analytical capability, and comfort working with complex data.
* Clear communication skills to translate numbers into actionable insights for managers and executives.
* Senior-level autonomy and decision-making ability.
