




Job Summary: Conduct quality evaluations, assist in laboratory analyses, and monitor production processes in Louveira. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in quality training and capacity-building programs. **Summary of Responsibilities:** Conduct qualitative evaluations on incoming loads and products at the Louveira unit, including semi-finished, finished, and returned items. Assist in and collect samples for laboratory analyses; Monitor production and re-inspection processes; Record data in reports and forms – PariPassu / PAC; Implement and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) procedures; Assist in equipment calibration and maintenance; Participate in training/capacity-building programs offered by the Quality Department; **Requirements:** * Must have or be pursuing a technical degree in Quality or related fields; * Experience in quality control in the food industry is desirable. * Knowledge of food quality legislation and technical standards, sensory analysis, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and equipment calibration is important (desirable). * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. **Company Offers:** Salary $2.368,00 + Meal Allowance ($26 per working day) + Transportation Allowance + Life Insurance + 20% Hazard Pay + Loyalty Bonus $100/month + 20% Night Shift Premium (for night shifts) **Available Work Schedules:** Position 01: Monday to Friday (5:00 AM to 2:00 PM) and alternate Saturdays (8:00 AM to 5:00 PM).
