Prerequisites: Completed elementary education (preferred) * Prior kitchen experience is a plus, especially with frying and seafood * Basic knowledge of food hygiene and safe food handling practices * Agility and attention when operating fryers * Assistance in oyster production and handling (shucking, cleaning, and organizing) * Support in pre-preparation tasks (cleaning, cutting, and organizing ingredients) * Ability to work as part of a team and follow chefs’ instructions * Organization, responsibility, and commitment * Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays Location: Santo Antônio de Lisboa Restaurant Type: Bar and Restaurant Lisboa 48 Work Schedule: Rotating 6x1 schedule + one Sunday per month. Shift duration: 7h20.
