Job Summary: Professional responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating training and development programs for employees of the Padre Albino Foundation, including onboarding and process alignment. Develop training solutions aligned with institutional goals **Job Description:** ---------------------- Plan, design, and implement training and development programs for all departments of the Padre Albino Foundation, in accordance with the Annual Training Plan (PLANT) and specific needs. Deliver onboarding and integration training for new employees. Monitor, record, and evaluate training outcomes using performance indicators. Coordinate training logistics and prepare instructional materials, handouts, and certificates. Prepare managerial and performance reports jointly with the administrative department. Develop training solutions aligned with the institution's goals. Conduct the Training Needs Assessment (LNT) and adapt processes according to the Hospital Quality Commitment (CQH).
