Job Summary:
Responsible for inspecting, preparing, welding, and performing weld finishing on metal parts, ensuring workplace quality and organization.

1. Performs GMAW and FCAW welding on metal parts
2. Performs weld finishing and removal of burrs

Responsible for inspecting, preparing, welding, and performing weld finishing on metal parts according to project specifications.
* Inspect parts to be welded and sort materials according to specifications and leadership instructions.
* Prepare parts for welding by cleaning or heating them and applying specific products.
* Perform finishing on the welded area, removing burrs and spatter using grinders, steel brushes, and appropriate tools.
* Perform GMAW and FCAW welding on small parts.
* Support welders, team leaders, and supervisors in welding practices and assist in handling and mobilizing parts.
* Assemble welded components, clean and organize parts and the production line.
* Provide necessary finishing for testing weld joints and fillets.
* Maintain the welding department’s warehouse organized and adequately stocked.
* Ensure quality, reliability, and confidentiality of information and services under their responsibility.
* Accurately record activity progress as instructed by leadership.
* Safeguard company assets and maintain workplace organization and cleanliness.
* Comply with safety and environmental protection regulations and participate in internal programs.
* Participate in Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) and related training activities.
* Instruct new employees on procedures and correct equipment operation.
* Stay updated on new processes and procedures within the area.
* Perform tasks in accordance with management system guidelines and work instructions.
* Inspect material quality before initiating the production process and report any irregularities.
* Operate gantry or semi-gantry cranes only if trained and certified per internal standards.
