Job Summary: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing materials and products; organizing the warehouse; controlling inbound and outbound movements; and conducting inventories. Material picking and dispatch MISSION: Responsible for receiving, inspecting, storing, and distributing materials and products. Key duties include organizing the warehouse, tracking inbound and outbound movements via systems or spreadsheets, performing periodic inventories, picking orders, and ensuring proper item preservation. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** **Receiving and Inspection**: Verify invoices against purchase orders; inspect received goods for quality and quantity. **Storage and Organization**: Categorize, label, and store products to facilitate location and handling. **Inventory Control**: Record inbound and outbound transactions in the system; conduct periodic counts (inventories); identify out-of-stock or stagnant items. **Picking and Dispatch**: Prepare materials for internal use or shipment, including packaging and order verification. **Requirements and Qualifications*** Academic background (preferred): Completed high school education (mandatory in most companies); * Complementary courses and training: Basic computer skills (Windows, e-mail, Word, basic Excel, internet browsing, and handling digital documents) * Driver's license category B (a plus) We are **VIC Engenharia**, a civil engineering company based in Minas Gerais, operating primarily within the government’s “My House, My Life” program.
