Responsible for carrying out, under supervision, the structuring and assembly of machines and equipment, performing adjustments, calibrations, balancing, repairs, part replacements, and relevant lubrications. * Read and interpret technical drawings and specifications relevant to the execution of activities. * Assemble, adjust, or disassemble, under supervision, parts, structures, drums, machines, and equipment, following technical drawings and Production Orders, using appropriate measuring instruments and tools. * Perform technical inspections and disassembly of drums. * Assist in conducting equipment operational tests according to technical specifications. * Ensure quality, reliability, and confidentiality of information and services under their responsibility. * Accurately record activity progress as directed by leadership. * Maintain company assets and ensure workplace organization and cleanliness. * Comply with safety and environmental preservation standards, participating in internal programs. * Participate in Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) and training related to the activity. * Guide new employees on procedures and correct equipment operation. * Stay updated on new processes and procedures within the area. * Carry out activities according to management system guidelines and work instructions. * Verify material quality before starting the production process, reporting irregularities. * Operate gantry or semi-gantry cranes only if trained and certified per internal standards.
