




Responsible for operating cutting, drilling, and stamping machines, adjusting and activating their controls to cut, drill, and stamp sheets, angles, profiles, and other metal parts to the required dimensions. * Operate forming, drilling, cutting, and marking machines for raw materials according to the Production Order, drawings, or predetermined markings. * Adjust machines and equipment to ensure productive flow and maximize results. * Replace dies, drill bits, and punches as needed. * Design fixtures and templates to ensure quality and optimize material utilization. * Assist in forming operations using roll bending machines and press brakes according to the Production Order and drawings. * Perform initial and final grouping according to the Production Order and bill of materials, ensuring correct quantities and dimensions. * Identify fitting parts using industrial markers to accelerate production. * Initiate scheduled quality inspections within the manufacturing process. * Ensure quality, reliability, and confidentiality of information and services under their responsibility. * Accurately record activity progress as directed by leadership. * Maintain company assets and ensure workplace organization and cleanliness. * Comply with safety and environmental preservation regulations, participating in internal programs. * Participate in Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) and training related to the activity. * Guide new employees on procedures and correct equipment operation. * Stay updated on new processes and procedures within the area. * Carry out activities in accordance with management system guidelines and work instructions. * Inspect material quality prior to starting the production process and report any irregularities. * Operate gantry or semi-gantry machines only if trained and certified per internal standards.
