Job Summary: Responsible for ensuring the assembly and release of trolleys and equipment, guaranteeing the company's safety and procedures, as well as managing multidisciplinary teams and making strategic decisions. Ensuring safety and procedures Responsible for ensuring the assembly of trolleys, bags, briefcases, drawers, beverage buckets, and that their release is carried out for dispatch at the scheduled time; ensuring that the company's safety processes and procedures are being followed. Manage multidisciplinary teams, control and prepare shift schedules, resolve conflicts, monitor employee performance, provide feedback, and make strategic decisions to ensure smooth departmental operations.
