What will you do on a daily basis?* Develop the internal controls audit culture, increasing awareness of the need for and benefits of the process; * Plan, prepare, and monitor audit schedules across the company’s different areas; * Identify and communicate deficiencies, inconsistencies, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities found during the audit process. * Perform reconciliations and comparisons among the various system modules, physical vs. system, documenting findings through evidence. * Develop and monitor action plans aimed at addressing deficiencies identified during the audit process; * Create KPIs to maintain periodic monitoring of processes across departments; * Support company departments in preparing information requested by external audits; * Monitor external audits; * Continuous process improvement, with an automation mindset.
