Responsible for performing straightening and finishing activities on metal parts that exhibit deformations resulting from mechanical, cutting, or welding processes. * Perform straightening and finishing activities on metal parts exhibiting deformations resulting from mechanical, cutting, or welding processes. * Measure and mark the part to be straightened. * Straighten parts such as walkways, roller bases, handrails, chutes, and truss bridges. * Assist in straightening equipment and thin-gauge sheets. * Perform finishing activities on metal parts when necessary. * Ensure quality, reliability, and confidentiality of information and services under their responsibility. * Accurately record activity progress according to leadership guidance. * Maintain company assets and ensure workplace organization and cleanliness. * Comply with safety and environmental preservation regulations, participating in internal programs. * Participate in Daily Safety Dialogues (DDS) and training related to the activity. * Instruct new employees on procedures and correct equipment operation. * Stay updated on new processes and procedures within the area. * Perform activities according to management system guidelines and work instructions. * Inspect material quality prior to commencement of the production process, reporting irregularities. * Operate gantry or semi-gantry cranes only if trained and authorized per internal regulations.
