Department organization and cleaning. ***CLT employment contract; applicants must be 18 years or older*** ***Work schedule: 6 days on, 1 day off*** ***Working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:20 PM*** **Job Responsibilities:** · Organize boxes containing industrial food bags in the frozen and refrigerated chambers; · Perform in-store preparations: · Cook rice, carry out frying tasks, cook pasta, heat preparations on the stove as needed, separate food packaging for oven use, follow regeneration, heating, and cooking procedures in the Rational oven according to standards, technical specifications, and guidance provided during training with consultants. · Portion and assemble meal combos according to established standards. · Seal, weigh, and label combos. · Place combos in the sales area as instructed during training. · Monitor and track food output from the hot food counter to ensure timely restocking throughout the designated period. · Transfer all necessary packaging from the frozen chamber to the refrigerated chamber for the following day’s operations. · Conduct inventory control to jointly place orders with the department supervisor. · Assist in stocking the hot and cold food counters with bakery and confectionery products. · Complete required POP-related worksheets. · Clean the workplace (countertops, tables, utensils), clean the oven per instructions, and mop the floor.
