About the position: What does a Production Operator do? A Production Operator is an essential professional in industrial manufacturing and assembly lines. Their primary role is to ensure production processes run efficiently, safely, and in accordance with established quality standards. Below are the main aspects of a Production Operator’s work. Key Responsibilities: Machine and Equipment Operation; Controls, adjusts, and feeds industrial machines; Performs machine setup (preparation and calibration); Verifies proper operation during production; Assembly and Processing; Performs assembly tasks for parts and products; Monitors the transformation process from raw materials into finished products; Quality Control; Visually and technically inspects manufactured products; Basic Preventive Maintenance; Cleans machines and performs minor adjustments; Reports mechanical issues to the maintenance department; Maintains a clean and organized workplace (5S); Follows industrial safety and hygiene regulations; Your daily routine at H2M will include: Verifying raw materials for daily orders to ensure compliance; Performing machine checklists to confirm proper operation; Loading machines with raw materials and ensuring products are produced with quality and correct configuration; Calculating optimal distribution of finished products onto pallets, and assembling pallets in an organized and efficient manner; Monitoring equipment for anomalies and promptly reporting any issues to the supervisor; Stretch-wrapping completed pallets; Operating the stretch film rewinder machine with precision; Monitoring and adjusting the machine to maintain product quality; Recording production data and reporting required adjustments or maintenance; Strictly adhering to company safety regulations and guidelines; Using a calculator for necessary measurements and adjustments; Desirable Qualifications: Basic calculation knowledge for production adjustments. Availability to work rotating shifts and flexibility in scheduling. Completed high school education. Military discharge certificate What we seek: Proactive, organized, and committed professionals.
