Job Summary: The CNC Lathe Programmer/Operator is responsible for analyzing technical drawings, planning processes, preparing parts and machines, and performing machining and inspection. Development in CNC programming and machining **JOB: CNC LATHE PROGRAMMER/OPERATOR** **Location:** Avenida Wilson Tavares Ribeiro, 1025, Lot 02 – Chácaras Reunidas Santa Terezinha, Contagem – MG ZIP Code: 32\.183\-680 **Responsibilities:** * Analyze technical drawings and plan the entire part production process; * Inspect raw materials and perform visual and dimensional inspections using measuring instruments; * Prepare parts on the machine by clamping, aligning, and centering with a dial indicator, probe, or other instruments; * Set the zero point on both the machine and the part, using the control panel as reference; * Select and organize the tools required for machining; * Simulate the program on the machine’s control panel to test the process; * Perform pre-set operations to prevent collisions, ensuring machine and part safety; * Conduct visual and dimensional inspections of the part during processing; * Perform pre-machining to relieve material stresses and prepare for final finishing; * Sharpen tools on the grinding wheel and replace inserts or drill bits as needed; * Availability to work the **2nd shift – Monday to Friday, from 3:45 PM to 1:06 AM**. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (preferred); * Prior experience in industrial settings (preferred). **Salary:** R$ 2\.938,83 **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance * On-site meals * Basic food basket * Unimed health insurance plan (with co-payment) * Dental insurance * Life insurance * Pharmacy card * SESI Betim Club membership **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, from 3:45 PM to 1:06 AM *Possibility of compensatory time off or overtime, as directed by supervisor/immediate manager.* **Join our team and seize a real opportunity for professional growth!** Employment type: Direct hire (CLT) Compensation: R$2\.000,00 \- R$2\.938,83 per month Benefits: * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Basic food basket * Life insurance Work location: On-site
