




Job Summary: A DHO professional responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring human and organizational development programs to strengthen internal culture and employee engagement. Key Highlights: 1. Develop and implement DHO programs and training calendars 2. Plan and implement role- and level-specific assessments and feedback mechanisms 3. Create internal campaigns to reinforce company culture and employer branding * Collaborate with immediate leadership to develop the company's DHO (Human and Organizational Development) programs, identifying needs, establishing tools and timelines, presenting results, and defining employees' technical and behavioral competencies; * Plan and execute the company's DHO Plan, including its annual training and capacity-building calendar, developing content, layouts, and evaluations; * Plan, develop, implement, and monitor assessments and feedback for each role and 'level' within the company's workforce, following the development pathway defined by immediate leadership. * Support and collaborate with the Communications team in creating corporate internal campaigns promoting incentives, reinforcing culture through best practices, commemorative dates, official company announcements, etc. Requirements: * Completed degree in: Human Resources, Psychology, Communications, Marketing * Experience in initiatives that strengthen organizational culture and consolidate employer branding; * Knowledge of strategic structuring and dissemination targeting internal audiences, aligned with corporate planning; * Skills and knowledge in designing internal campaigns and employee engagement programs; * Experience producing strategic content and institutional materials for internal channels and executive presentations. * Experience and proficiency in delivering behavioral and corporate training to reinforce company culture * Advanced Microsoft Office suite * 100% on-site availability \- Vespasiano Unit \- MG
