Provide user support by resolving questions and operational issues. Conduct analysis, validation, and testing of new features and improvements. Map business processes and propose technical solutions aligned with operational needs. Document workflows, procedures, and systemic changes. Monitor system implementations and ensure adherence to established processes. Collaborate with the IT team and vendors for adjustments and integrations. Monitor system performance and suggest optimizations. ? **Requirements** Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, Computer Science, or related fields. Experience providing system support, technical analysis, or similar roles. Proficiency in SQL for basic queries and validations. Ability to understand business processes, especially within logistics. Strong communication skills and ability to translate technical terms for end users. ? **Preferred Qualifications** Experience with WMS, TMS, or logistics systems. Knowledge of integrations (API, EDI). Familiarity with process automation (Power Automate, Python, scripting). Experience in requirements gathering and process design (BPMN).
