Conduct internal audits across logistics, operational, and administrative processes. Develop, review, and keep up-to-date SOPs, work instructions, and internal policies. Address and track non-conformities, implementing action plans (5W2H, Ishikawa, PDCA). Create and monitor quality indicators (KPIs), generating reports and improvement suggestions. Train operational and administrative teams on standards, best practices, and processes. Support departments in standardization initiatives, operational compliance, and continuous improvement. Monitor certifications and external audits (ISO, customer, QMS). ? **Requirements** Degree in Logistics, Business Administration, Engineering, Quality, or related fields. Experience with quality processes, audits, or continuous improvement. Knowledge of analytical tools (PDCA, 5S, 5W2H, Ishikawa, Kaizen). Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and analytical ability. Strong communication skills for interaction with operational teams and managers. ? **Preferred Qualifications** Experience in logistics, transportation, warehousing, or supply chain. Experience with KPIs and dashboard development. Certification in auditing, Lean, or Quality. Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS).
