"This position is also open to persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals." **Responsibilities and Duties** * Perform material handling using available equipment and in accordance with standards, internal regulations, procedures, and instructions; * Carry out material picking, ensuring food quality, food safety, occupational health and safety, and environmental standards; * Ensure achievement of daily goals/indicators established for the area; * Perform material receiving and shipping, ensuring defined qualitative and quantitative criteria for the area; * Store products appropriately according to established standards and procedures; * Ensure communication regarding activity progress and any identified abnormalities to area management, as well as propose actions to mitigate potential impacts on results; * Handle finished products as required, following food quality and safety standards; * Perform proper palletization of products in accordance with standards, internal regulations, procedures, and instructions; * Collaborate in preventing failures; if failures occur, reconstruct events, identify root causes, and propose corrective actions; * Conduct product counting and inventory control using FIFO; * Perform cycle counts and inventories; * Control product inventory using FIFO; * Perform cycle counts and inventories as needed by the area; * Ensure cleaning, sanitation, and organization of the area and/or equipment—both personal and shared—according to requirements, standards, and instructions; * Perform other related tasks as necessary and per received instructions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency in using electronic devices (tablet); * Basic math skills (addition, multiplication, subtraction, division); * Prior experience in this role will be considered an advantage; * Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:00 AM to 3:00 PM; Saturday, 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. **Additional Information** Check out our benefits below: National Unimed Health Plan (ward or private room); Amil Dental Plan (basic, intermediate, and executive); Meal Voucher or Company Restaurant; Food Allowance; Tuition Assistance Program (subject to policy and eligibility); Discounts with educational institutions; Pharmacy Benefit Program; Life Insurance; Christmas Bonus; Pregnancy Support Program; Pet Day; Commemorative Gifts; Wellhub/Gympass; Wellz (Mental Health Benefit).
