




* Monitor material discrepancies and propose corrective actions. * Develop, update, and monitor departmental operational indicators and workflows. * Prepare management reports and analyses using Excel, Power BI, and other corporate systems. * Monitor and ensure compliance with SLAs for services provided to customers. * Support the supervisor in tracking departmental activities and controlling daily performance. * Provide effective support to Business Units, customers, and other company departments via telephone, e-mail, help desk, and internal systems. * Participate in external customer audits by providing information, evidence, and technical support. * Ensure accurate recording, analysis, and updating of logistics-related information. * Participate in quality and continuous improvement programs aligned with ISO 9001, SASSMAQ, and internal standards.
