Would you like to join us? **Come be Orguel!** **Responsibilities and Duties** **As a Junior Logistics Analyst, your responsibilities will include:** * Supporting the inspection team in receiving and dispatching goods, verifying quantities, quality, and document compliance; * Assisting in controlling and recording inventory movements in the system, ensuring data accuracy; * Supporting planning and scheduling of storage and transportation logistics operations; * Scheduling loading and unloading operations, tracking availability, and updating systems; * Conducting follow-up with Commercial and Maintenance departments to ensure alignment on deadlines and equipment availability; * Managing and organizing documentation (invoices, orders, and reports); * Supporting development of logistics performance indicators and reports; * Participating in inventory counts and departmental alignment meetings; * Contributing to warehouse organization and continuous improvement of logistics processes.
