Job Summary: We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Analyst to ensure the availability, performance, security, and maintenance of technological resources, acting both preventively and reactively. If you possess an analytical mindset, enjoy solving problems, and thrive in dynamic technology environments, this opportunity is for you. **Main Responsibilities** **IT Infrastructure Management** * Ensure **continuous operation of the technological infrastructure** * Perform **preventive and corrective maintenance of hardware and IT equipment** * Administer and monitor **servers, networks, and workstations** **Technical Support** * Provide **technical support to users (Level 1 and Level 2)** * Address requests from **office and back-office environments** * Diagnose and resolve **technical incidents** **Asset and Equipment Management** * Manage **communication equipment and operational technology equipment** * Control **IT inventory and assets** * Monitor technological resources and infrastructure **Projects and Improvements** * Support **infrastructure improvement and modernization projects** * Participate in **technology upgrades and standardization** * Contribute to **incident reduction and system performance improvement** **Vendor Interface** * Interact with **vendors and technical service providers** * Support processes for **specialized maintenance and external support** **Requirements** **Education** Completed or ongoing bachelor’s degree in: * Information Systems * Computer Science * Computer Engineering * Systems Analysis and Development * Or related fields **Experience** Experience in: * **Level 1 or Level 2 technical support** * Basic administration of **Windows Server and/or Linux** * **Active Directory** * Networks: **TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP** * Fundamentals of **virtualization (VMware or Hyper-V)** * **Backup and monitoring processes** * **User support** **Desired Knowledge** **Infrastructure and Networks** * IT infrastructure and technical support * Networks: **LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, and VPN** * Hardware maintenance and **troubleshooting** **Systems and Tools** * Operating systems: **Windows and/or Linux** * **Monitoring and ticketing tools** * Best practices in **information security** **Certifications and Technologies (Preferred)** * Microsoft (**AZ-104, AZ-305, MCSA**) * AWS (**Cloud Practitioner, Solutions Architect**) * Linux (**LPIC, RHCSA**) * Networking (**CCNA, CCNP**) * Virtualization (**VMware VCP**) * **ITIL – IT Service Management** **Behavioral Profile** We seek a professional with: ✔ Proactivity and sense of responsibility ✔ Analytical ability and problem-solving skills ✔ Strong communication and teamwork capabilities ✔ Organizational and priority management skills ✔ Focus on quality and operational continuity
