FLEET ASSISTANT We are seeking an organized, attentive professional with strong aptitude for handling fleet administrative controls and routines. The role involves supporting vehicle, driver, and documentation management to ensure smooth fleet operations. Location: Vespasiano Working Hours: 08:00\-18:00 Work Model: On-site Main Responsibilities: * Monitor fleet and transportation performance indicators * Update spreadsheets and records for mileage, fuel consumption, traffic fines, and expenses * Support vehicle licensing, documentation, and expiration date management * Conduct vehicle monitoring and tracking * Support scheduling and monitoring of preventive and corrective maintenance * Compile reports on fuel consumption, maintenance, and fleet costs * Provide driver support regarding routes, trips, and operational demands * Assist in route planning * Support overtime and driver shift schedule management * Assist in preparing operational reports and presenting results Requirements: * Completed high school education * Technical or higher education in Logistics, Administration, or related fields is preferred * Prior experience in administrative routines, fleet, or transportation * Proficiency in Excel and spreadsheet creation * Familiarity with the Cobli system is preferred Desired Profile: * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Proactivity and agility * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Aptitude for working with controls and deadlines * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously * Commitment and sense of responsibility Bonus Qualification: Experience in fleet control, fuel management, maintenance coordination, and driver supervision.
