Work within the administrative team Tax Analyst / Billing Specialist Ribeirão das Neves – MG | On-site PINTEPOXI LTDA is looking for a Tax Analyst / Billing Specialist to join our administrative team. We seek an analytical, organized professional with solid experience in the tax area to ensure tax compliance and accurate issuance of the company’s tax documents. Main Responsibilities: * Issuance and validation of Electronic Fiscal Invoices (NF-e) for sales, shipments, returns, industrialization, services, and other operations. * Correct application of CFOP, NCM, CST, and taxes (ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS). * Verification of tax calculations performed by external accounting. * Monitoring and application of federal, state, and municipal tax legislation. * Monitoring of ancillary obligations (SPED Fiscal, EFD Contributions, DCTF, among others). * Tax management of operations such as consignment industrialization, order-based sales, demonstrations, and loan-for-use arrangements. * Reconciliation among billing, accounting, and tax ledgers. * Tax support for customers, suppliers, and internal departments (sales, logistics, procurement, finance, and executive management). * Processing of returns and industrialization returns, ensuring correct tax bookkeeping. Requirements: * Solid experience in tax and billing areas. * Knowledge of ICMS, IPI, PIS, COFINS, ISS, and ancillary obligations. * Experience with ERP systems and tax management tools. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel. * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences, Business Administration, Law, or related fields (or completed high school with minimum 3 years of experience in this role). Preferred Qualification: experience in an industrial environment (metallurgical or manufacturing).
