Focus on continuous improvement and achievement of goals Responsible for procuring raw materials, inputs, components, and services required for the production process, ensuring quality, delivery timelines, competitive costs, and compliance with the company’s internal policies. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Conduct quotations, negotiations, and purchases of inputs, services, and productive and non-productive materials (high volume) * Develop, qualify, and evaluate suppliers * Monitor purchase orders, delivery deadlines, and inventory levels * Negotiate prices, commercial terms, and contracts * Analyze costs and opportunities for expense reduction * Ensure compliance with technical specifications and quality standards * Collaborate closely with departments such as production, engineering, quality, and logistics * Maintain updated procurement records and documentation in the system * Manage people and processes with a focus on continuous improvement and sustainable achievement of departmental goals **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree (Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields) * Prior experience in procurement, preferably in industrial settings * Knowledge of negotiation processes and supplier management * Familiarity with the Protheus system * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite * Analytical, organized profile with strong communication skills Grupo SA is a company with over 26 years of operation in Brazil, founded in Belo Horizonte, Minas Gerais, aiming to provide solutions in display equipment and steel structures.
