Manage personnel to maximize revenue, quality, productivity, safety, and environmental performance, optimizing processes and resources to achieve total-quality production.

Manage personnel with emphasis on maximizing revenue, quality, productivity, safety, and environmental performance; equipment preservation; employee discipline and motivation; coordinate and develop continuous improvement initiatives; optimize processes and resources to achieve total-quality production and meet the needs of internal and external customers.
**Responsibilities and Duties**
* Supervise the work team according to the production demand indicated by PCP;
* Assign team tasks considering delivery deadlines, established safety guidelines, and quality standards;
* Analyze and distribute production orders based on the equipment to be used in production;
* Lead projects focused on eliminating/reducing safety risks together with the occupational safety department within your area of responsibility;
* Minimize equipment setup time by aligning orders with identical assembly requirements, defining priorities and monitoring execution;
* Monitor the supply of tooling and raw materials to optimize the process and reduce lead time;
* Ensure timely delivery and quality of all scheduled outputs;
* Train new employees on safe machine operation and adherence to procedures;
* Control raw material and packaging inputs for dispatch;
* Manage personnel in coordination with the Human Resources department, overseeing attendance records, vacations, performance, and employee needs to foster commitment and motivation;
* Coordinate and implement lean manufacturing initiatives;
* Maintain departmental equipment through timely maintenance service requests and support in developing preventive maintenance plans;
* Participate in internal and external audits conducted within your department to clarify potential questions and present relevant areas and procedures;
* Investigate deviations and propose corrective action plans to prevent recurrence.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or related fields;
MBA in Production Management or Project Management is desirable.
Team training and leadership (people management);
Experience with occupational safety, quality, and productivity standards;
Knowledge of lean manufacturing;
Advanced Microsoft Office suite proficiency;
Knowledge of Production Control and Planning (PCP).
