





**The Director of Product Engineering** will be responsible for overseeing the strategic direction and operational execution of the product engineering function for Dominio Inova (Fintech Thomson Reuters). This role is critical in driving the development and enhancement of innovative fintech technology solutions that empower our clients to achieve their goals efficiently and effectively. **About The Role** * Lead technology implementation for tax Fintech in Brazil. * Design the strategy to develop new products or services based on technological innovations, including cloud software, service platforms, automated solutions, artificial intelligence, data analytics, machine learning, natural language processing, and robotic process automation. * Assess customer needs, identify business opportunities, create technical requirements, implement the product/service, and ensure it meets quality standards. * Work closely with marketing teams to understand brand differentiation, competitive advantages, and pricing strategies. * Develop strategies to enhance employee engagement, teamwork, and performance. * Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to discuss updates, changes, and improvements. * Ensure compliance with industry regulations, laws, and policies. **About You:** * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, engineering, or related field.
