Strictly comply with safety and signaling procedures We are hiring an Overhead Crane Operator with proven experience in handling heavy loads, especially steel coils. The professional will be responsible for safely transporting materials within the industrial environment, in accordance with required safety and productivity standards. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Operate heavy overhead crane to handle steel coils and other large metal loads; * Position coils in storage areas, production lines, or transport vehicles; * Verify equipment operating conditions prior to use (daily inspection); * Strictly comply with cargo handling safety and signaling procedures; * Collaborate with machine operators and logistics teams; * Complete movement and operational incident records; * Support the team in organizing the work area and performing auxiliary tasks when necessary. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Overhead Crane Operator training course (with valid certification); * Proven experience operating heavy overhead cranes, particularly in handling steel coils or similar loads; * Knowledge of safety regulations for cargo handling; * Availability to work rotating shifts and weekends, if required; * Attention to detail, responsibility, and ability to work effectively in a team. **Additional Information** * Free on-site meals with no payroll deduction. * Partnerships with Sesi Betim Club, universities, pharmacies, and language schools. * Unimed Nacional health and dental insurance plan (co-payment) \- extendable to spouse, children, and stepchildren \- Monthly premium of R$15.00 per person * Life insurance; * Transportation allowance or fuel assistance option; * Profit-sharing bonus (PLR) \- amount set by the labor union. * Meal allowance up to R$330.00, based on production targets.
