We also operate—under license from the Shell brand—in the distribution of fuels, lubricants, and other specialty products in Brazil, as well as refining operations in Argentina and fuel and lubricant distribution in Argentina and Paraguay. **Responsibilities and duties** **WHAT YOUR DAILY WORK WILL BE LIKE:** Attend the training course offered by the designated institution; Receive guidance from the work team to learn and support activities within your assigned area, including: * Digitizing documents and sending them to responsible parties; * Managing and organizing digital and/or physical files; * Providing telephone and/or in-person customer service to clients, suppliers, colleagues, and others; * Receiving and sending emails and maintaining calendar schedules; * Receiving and verifying invoices; * Monitoring the entry and exit of materials and/or equipment; * Entering data and information into spreadsheets and management systems; * Assisting in preparing reports and/or presentations; * Complying with the company’s SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) standards; and * Performing other related tasks. **Requirements and qualifications** **WHAT YOU NEED TO HAVE:** Age: Between 16 years old and 21 years and 11 months; High school or technical education—currently enrolled or completed; Availability for a 4-hour daily work schedule (morning or afternoon shift) and for activities lasting up to two years; **Additional information** **BENEFITS** * CLT employment registration at Raízen as an Apprentice, for a fixed term; * Theoretical training provided by our partner institution; * Salary based on working hours—4 hours/day, Monday through Friday; * Health and dental insurance; * Meal voucher; * Transportation voucher; * Life insurance; * Gympass and discount club.
