Hybrid model: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote! **Your Mission:** Support the tax assessment process to ensure taxes are accurately calculated, paid, and ancillary obligations duly submitted with reliable content. Interested? **Join our team!** **We Offer:** Superflex Meal Card; Medical & Dental Plan; Life Insurance; Totalpass; Private Pension; Commuting Allowance; Extended Maternity & Paternity Leave; Commuting Allowance; and more! **Responsibilities:** * Verify fields in Electronic Invoices (commercial), Service Invoices, and Freight Bills; monitor tax rules and ERP fiscal system interfaces; * Prepare fiscal ledgers, records of entries and exits, calculation of direct and/or indirect taxes, internal and interstate operations, registration of issued and received NFSe (Municipal Service Invoices) with city halls, and preparation of tax payment slips; * Participate in the generation and submission of all ancillary obligations across all jurisdictions; * Perform registrations and filings with state and municipal authorities, and liaise with public agencies; * Continuously monitor tax legislation updates. **Responsibilities in Environmental, Health, Safety, and Quality Management Systems:** * Adhere to the Integrated Management System and Quality Policy and related documents; * Understand and comply with spreadsheets of aspects, impacts, hazards, and risks; * Stay updated on procedures and instructions applicable to your daily activities. **Knowledge & Experience:** * Bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress) in Accounting, Law, Business Administration, or Economics; * Familiarity with tax routines; * Basic English; * Computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); * Experience in tax-related roles; * Preferred qualifications include expertise in PIS, COFINS, IRPJ, and CSLL, as well as knowledge of accounting routines and reporting. **Your Profile:** * Passion for your area of expertise and your customers; * Highly motivated and results-oriented; * Time management skills; * Flexibility in work arrangements; * Proactivity. **It all starts with people.** The world needs metals and minerals to enable the energy transition, and our cities and infrastructure must evolve to serve a growing population.
