




Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with strong analytical skills and organizational ability to support data analysis, automation, and safety indicator tracking using tools such as Power BI and Copilot. Description: * Currently enrolled in Engineering, Data Science, Statistics, Information Systems, or related fields. * Advanced Excel knowledge (pivot tables, formulas, charts). * Familiarity with Power BI (data modeling, DAX, Power Query). * Basic understanding of Forms and Power Apps for data collection and automation. * Interest in exploring Copilot for analytical tasks and content generation. * Strong analytical ability and organizational skills. Advantages: * Basic knowledge of operational safety and indicators (SPI/KPI). * Experience in process automation and integration across Microsoft tools. * Technical English for reading documentation. * Database: Maintain the safety data repository up to date, ensuring data integrity and organization. * Data Processing and Analysis: Perform data cleaning, validation, and analysis to calculate KPIs and SPIs. * Dashboards: Update Power BI dashboards with clear visualizations for monitoring safety indicators. * Automation and Data Collection: Create Microsoft Forms surveys and Power Apps workflows for data collection and integration. * AI Support: Use Copilot to optimize analyses, generate reports, and accelerate repetitive tasks. * Indicators: Monitor and update SGSO KPIs and SPIs, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards. * Reporting: Prepare periodic reports for internal departments (Operations, APOC, AVSEC, Maintenance). 2512100202181911914
