Analyzes training needs, develops instructional materials, coordinates logistics for training events, and evaluates the effectiveness of implemented initiatives. Additionally, supports onboarding of new employees and aligns development initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives, fostering a constant learning environment. Previous experience as a Training Specialist, Training Coordinator, Talent Development Consultant, or Human Resources Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
