Focused on technology and design, it strives to efficiently meet its clients' needs. **Responsibilities:** Responsible for planning, developing, and implementing training and development programs for employees to continuously improve their technical and behavioral competencies. Analyzes training needs, develops instructional materials, coordinates logistics for training events, and evaluates the effectiveness of implemented initiatives. Additionally, supports onboarding of new employees and aligns development initiatives with the company’s strategic objectives, fostering a constant learning environment. Previous experience as a Training Specialist, Training Coordinator, Talent Development Consultant, or Human Resources Analyst may indicate alignment with some of the responsibilities of this position. Bachelor's degree required.
