We are hiring an **Apprentice** to support administrative routines across different areas (documents, spreadsheets, registrations, and customer service), developing technical and behavioral skills through supervised practical training at PETROLUB and a theoretical course at SERPAF. **Main Responsibilities (Practical Learning)** * Assisting in organizing, archiving, and digitizing documents; * Updating spreadsheets and registrations; * Supporting customer service (telephone/email) and recording/directing requests; * Performing simple administrative entries and controls, as instructed by the department. **Location:** Sete Lagoas – MG **Training Institution:** SERPAF **Course Start Date:** **19/02/2025** **Requirements** * Be aged between 18 and 22; * Have completed or be currently enrolled in high school; * Show interest in working in the administrative area within the industrial sector; * Have schedule availability according to the SERPAF apprenticeship program: First 20 days of contract (course): Monday to Friday, 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM, at SERPAF. After the first 20 days: * + - Course (SERPAF): Fridays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. - Practical training (PETROLUB): Monday to Thursday, 7:30 AM to 11:30 AM.
