Develop and manage a team in a collaborative, high-performance environment **About the Position** **BRT Lounges** is a benchmark in premium hospitality and currently operates **6 VIP lounges** across Brazil, delivering comfort, quality, and excellence to passengers. We are seeking an **Operations Manager** to lead the VIP lounge operation at the **Confins Airport – MG**. This role is strategic in ensuring excellence in customer experience, internal process efficiency, and team performance. **Key Responsibilities** * Coordinate daily lounge operations, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and safety. * Lead, train, and develop the operational team, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment. * Manage work schedules, resource allocation, and operational KPIs. * Be responsible for supplier relationship management, including negotiations, procurement, and delivery control. * Supervise receipt and usage of supplies and materials, ensuring inventory control and cost optimization. * Ensure internal processes are well-organized, standardized, and aligned with operational goals. * Resolve operational challenges and propose continuous improvements to processes, workflows, and customer experiences. **Requirements** * Completed undergraduate degree, preferably in Business Administration, Business Management, Hospitality, Tourism, Production Engineering, or related fields. * Solid experience in operations management, leading teams and processes. * Experience in people management, operational routines, and supplier relationship management. * Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisive, timely decisions. * Excellent communication skills, professional demeanor, and results orientation. * Proactive, analytical profile with a focus on continuous improvement. **Work Schedule** * Rotating 5x2 schedule — from 10:00 AM to 6:48 PM (on-site) **Benefits** * Commuter allowance or fuel assistance * Meal allowance per working day * Dental plan * Life insurance Employment type: Full-time Compensation: R$4,000.00 – R$5,000.00 per month Work location: On-site
