Plan, monitor, and manage IT projects **Education:** * Bachelor's degree completed in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or Information Technology; **Desirable:** * Postgraduate degree in IT or related fields; * Complementary courses in IT and Networking; certifications in related areas. **Requirements:** * Sankhya; * ERP (Sankhya-W and MGE); * Firewall (Fortigate); * Virtualization (XCP Server); * Networking knowledge: Cisco, Aruba, Ubiquiti; * Windows Server 2008/2012; * SQL Server; * Java programming; * English (Preferred); **Responsibilities:** * Administer the physical and logical infrastructure of computerized locations; * Plan, monitor, administer, and manage outsourcing and IT projects, analyzing all project documentation to ensure contractual obligations regarding specifications, quality, costs, and deadlines; * Install and configure environments with data replication; * Administer, maintain, and ensure data integrity, always aiming for customer satisfaction and alignment with the company's strategic plan; * Develop and implement information systems by sizing system requirements and functionality, assisting in specifying their architecture, selecting development tools, specifying programs, and coding applications; * Possess an integrated view of the company's business processes and information systems, seeking to improve processes for product and service development; * Continuously stay technologically updated to evaluate available technologies and research new ones, ensuring planning and presentation of new projects; * Manage environment preparation for implementation together with the IT infrastructure area; * Respond promptly and accurately to customer requests, registering and resolving them according to technical procedures aligned with industry best practices adopted by the company, and completing them within the defined SLA; * Monitor the review and updating of operational procedures (documents), researching new solutions, critically analyzing processes, and proposing improvements; update Service Desk user records. * Lead and coordinate the IT team, defining roles, responsibilities, operational routines, and best practices, promoting engagement, productivity, and technical development of team members. * Other duties as assigned.
