




Job Summary: Responsible for programming, setting up, and adjusting CNC milling machines to ensure quality, precision, and productivity in part manufacturing according to specifications. Key Highlights: 1. Program and adjust CNC milling machines for part manufacturing 2. Interpret technical drawings and develop CAD/CAM programs 3. Ensure part conformity and optimize processes Responsible for programming, setting up, and adjusting CNC milling machines for part manufacturing according to technical drawings and customer specifications. Must ensure process quality, precision, and productivity by optimizing programs and monitoring the machining process. * Interpret technical drawings, manufacturing plans, and production orders; * Develop CNC programs for milling machines using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, SolidCAM, etc.); * Select appropriate cutting tools, cutting parameters, and machining strategies; * Perform machine setup: tool mounting, workpiece clamping, and machine/workpiece zeroing; * Make direct program adjustments on the machine control panel when necessary; * Monitor the production process to ensure part conformity; * Conduct dimensional inspections using measuring instruments (calipers, micrometers, dial indicators, etc.); * Correct any process or quality deviations; * Maintain organized and up-to-date programs per company standards; * Complete production and quality records; * Maintain machines, tools, and the working environment; * Comply with safety, quality, and environmental regulations.
