




Job Summary: This position supports the implementation and maintenance of regulatory requirements, document control, nonconformance analysis, and continuous quality improvement. Key Highlights: 1. Support in implementing and maintaining regulatory requirements 2. Focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence 3. Experience with quality tools and standards (ISO 9001) **Key Responsibilities:** * Support the implementation and maintenance of regulatory requirements (ISO 9001, API SPEC Q1, and related standards); * Perform control and updating of quality documents and records; * Monitor action plans from internal and external audits; * Assist in root cause analysis and handling of nonconformities; * Support the development and review of procedures and work instructions; * Participate in quality-related training and capacity-building activities; * Contribute to collection and analysis of quality performance indicators; * Support continuous improvement initiatives and operational excellence. **Minimum Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Administration, or related fields is preferred; * Relevant work experience; * Familiarity with quality tools (PDCA, 5 Whys, Ishikawa Diagram); * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools; * Knowledge of ISO 9001 and other relevant standards.
