Start as an intern and graduate with lifelong professional experience As part of its purpose, Adimax is confident that diversity and inclusion positively impact both society and the professional environment. *This position is open to persons with disabilities or rehabilitated individuals.* Internship Position – Maintenance Area Location: Juatuba/MG | 30 hours per week (8:00 AM to 3:00 PM) **We are looking for candidates who have:** * Energy, curiosity, and a strong desire to learn * Courage to challenge themselves * Interest in growing with us **Your responsibilities will include:** * Supporting daily operations and projects within the area * Learning from experienced professionals * Developing technical and behavioral competencies * Contributing ideas and improvements **Activities:** * Supporting maintenance records and performance indicators * Attending technical meetings and routine activities * Assisting with maintenance scheduling * Supporting inventory control and performance data management * Assisting with standardization and the maintenance management system (MANUSYS4\) **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in: Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Production Engineering * Academic semester: 5th or 6th (minimum two years remaining until graduation) * Availability for in-person internship Here, you begin as an intern and graduate with lifelong professional experience Position type: Full-time, CLT employment contract Compensation: R$1\.000,00 \- R$1\.500,00 per month Benefits: * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work location: In-person
