Job Summary: Responsible for managing the procurement cycle of materials/services, conducting tactical negotiations, supplier qualification, and optimizing costs and performance through data analysis. Key Highlights: 1. Analytical Procurement Management for identifying savings and cost reduction 2. Development of Reports and Dashboards (Excel) for KPI monitoring 3. Process automation and database structuring Responsible for managing the procurement cycle of materials/services, conducting tactical negotiations, supplier qualification, and, primarily, analyzing complex databases to optimize costs and performance. Will use advanced Excel to create dashboards, KPIs (e.g., Savings, Lead Time), and automate processes, ensuring fact-based decision-making. **Key Responsibilities and Duties:** * **Analytical Procurement Management:** Analyze company spend to identify opportunities for savings and cost reduction. * **Reports and Dashboards (Excel):** Develop and maintain interactive dashboards for monitoring KPIs such as Savings, Lead Time, purchase order compliance, and supplier performance. * **Automation and Processes:** Structure databases, cross-reference information, and automate manual reporting. **Desired Profile:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. * Experience in industrial, retail, or service procurement. * Strong logical reasoning and analytical mindset Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: R$4.000,00 - R$4.500,00 per month Benefits: * Medical insurance * Dental insurance * Childcare allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
