**Description:** The role involves scheduling and performing repairs, preventive and corrective maintenance on X-ray equipment, as well as providing technical support and conducting training. The professional prepares technical reports, provides remote support, remains on call, conducts site inspections, and manages administrative routines. Additionally, the individual supports leadership, complies with quality and safety standards, and collaborates with engineering on projects and improvements. **Activities to be performed:** * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on small-sized equipment. * Install and uninstall small-sized equipment. * Provide operational training for clients. * Deliver on-site practical training for VMI technicians or representatives. * Prepare technical reports for supervisors. * Provide remote technical support for small-sized equipment. * Carry out other related tasks as determined by the immediate supervisor. * Stay updated on new procedures and emerging technologies relevant to our equipment. * Conduct inspections and/or assessments of customer sites where equipment is installed. * Perform administrative tasks such as: timely closing of credit card expense reports, vehicle usage reports, and meal card usage reports in accordance with travel policies. * Manage business travel by accessing the dedicated platform to request flight bookings, hotel reservations, and vehicle rentals. * Open and complete service reports specific to each type of service, detailing: activities performed, parts used, pending items, and execution time, submitting them through the system within the established timeframe according to department guidelines. * Perform other duties relevant to the position. **Requirements** Technical degree in Electronics or related fields. Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering. Basic English and/or Spanish. NR10; NR35; Advanced computer skills, operating systems, driver installation, video configuration and BIOS, knowledge of processes.
