Description: Mandatory: * Bachelor's degree in progress in Administration, Production Engineering, Logistics or related fields; * SAP system; * Experience in production planning; * Intermediate Excel skills. * Create a planned batch within the SAP ERP using received scheduling information, establishing a location and receipt plan to enable transfer of breeder birds to rearing, ensuring the batch becomes ready to receive inputs and information; * Monitor feed consumption and weekly bird mortality through farm-submitted forms and consumption needs, informing the Feed Mill about production requirements for the period, aiming to ensure proper inventory control of birds and feed; * Assess the number of live birds at the farm based on system mortality rates, generating a producer invoice so the integrator is paid according to the actual number of birds present in their batch; * Generate reports for analyzing mortality, viability, and uniformity indicators by compiling all events occurring during the rearing weeks, creating graphs to be presented to management for tracking sector goals, performance, and production progress; * Monitor production reporting data entered by units, generating SAP reports, comparing system data with submitted forms, performing necessary adjustments and closing batches, aiming to ensure accuracy of production costs and reliability of information and statistical measurements used for integrator compensation; * Update the bird mask code for each production cycle via the SAP ERP, ensuring traceability of the batch, enabling proper batch routing into production and identifying its current stage for management control and continuity within the process; * Perform male bird spiking verification, checking whether technician-provided information about farms includes correct birds and destination farms, contributing to achieving batch fertility and/or placement of by-product broilers; * Finalize data used for integrator compensation by preparing specific reports summarizing all production characteristics, verifying numbers for each category, aiming to complete periodic and final integrator payments; * Generate placement bonuses by analyzing first-week mortality rates, calculating bonus value per bird remaining at the end of that week based on total bird count, aiming to incentivize producers to receive and manage batches productively; * Schedule and issue sales orders provided by COBB, generating shipment files within the SAP ERP containing commercial terms set by COBB for financial approval, aiming to confirm and finalize sales execution; * Monitor post-sales activities by reviewing mortality reports submitted by producers, assessing any discrepancies to evaluate chick quality and report potential issues to the technical team; * Verify commissions due to COBB by matching sales invoices and checking payment percentages against agreed terms, aiming to ensure accuracy of data sent to COBB for commission billing; * Carry out area-related tasks, supporting the company by ethically, legally, and responsibly participating in food production, committed to continuous improvement in safety culture, food quality, and environmental respect. 25101802022329037
