Job Summary: Work as a Level 1 IT Support Technician, performing hardware and software installation and maintenance, user and network management. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in Helpdesk, assembly and maintenance 2. Networking and Microsoft 365 knowledge 3. Responsibility for installation and technical support Level 1 IT Support Technician position **(On-site)** Responsibilities: Joining computers to the domain, installing printers, onboarding new users, formatting computers, installing software. Qualifications: Completed high school education, minimum 1 year of experience in Helpdesk, assembly and maintenance, networking, Microsoft 365. Salary: R$2.200,00 \+ Meal allowance \+ Transportation allowance Minimum Requirements: **\*Must reside in Contagem or nearby areas** Employment type: Full-time, CLT permanent contract Compensation: R$2.000,00 \- R$2.250,00 per month Work location: On-site
